He actually stayed almost an hour after the store closed to help us through a stressful phone situation. He also served with integrity. Afterwards, he told me to come back and he would help me set up any phone that I needed help with. Not only was he supportive during a hard time, but he also was thoughtful and informative. He made us laugh and had a really great strategy to get our phone fixed fast. Two days later, I came back to fix another phone, and Adam was there to assist. He also checked my acct to make sure that my family of 5 had the best available plan, which is one of the MANY reasons I switched from T-Mobile to Cricket Wireless. The customer service is top notch and I always feel heard when I have any issues or concerns. 10/10 would highly recommend this company/location to anyone!”
