“Yesterday I went into this store for a new SIM card for my daughter's phone. Daniel greeted and assisted us. He was extremely professional, and attentive, which made for an awesome experience. He also checked my acct to make sure that my family of 5 had the best available plan, which is one of the MANY reasons I switched from T-Mobile to Cricket Wireless. The customer service is top notch and I always feel heard when I have any issues or concerns. 10/10 would highly recommend this company/location to anyone!”

“I walked in the boost store which was in 4061 LB McLeod road, I didn’t even buy the phone here , but the young lady named Teju, she took her time , she had a very big smile on her and she didn’t even complain once . I wish they give him a raise. If I know about this store before I would have come here at the first place . I am leaving the store with a huge smile on my face . I went in Hiawassee and old winter garden road store they doesn’t even help me with anything even though I purchased the phone over there. They gave me a very hard time and Iam so upset with it .”

“Hashiel and Alex were so incredibly helpful! I first started the journey of getting my phone fixed and went to the cricket store where we met Hashiel. He was so patient and kind. He actually stayed almost an hour after the store closed to help us through a stressful phone situation. He also served with integrity. Afterwards, he told me to come back and he would help me set up any phone that I needed help with. Not only was he supportive during a hard time, but he also was thoughtful and informative. He made us laugh and had a really great strategy to get our phone fixed fast. Two days later, I came back to fix another phone, and Adam was there to assist. Hashiel and Adam Made our cricket experience so enjoyable! Not only were they thoughtful,. There gentlemen were positive and fun to be around. It was such an incredible experience which could have been stressful. I will continue to come back to the store for every need I have with our cell phone and data needs! Thank you Hashiel and Adam!! Thank you for the speedy service!”

“I want to give special recognition to a team member at this Total Wireless location who has provided exceptional service on two separate occasions. She went above and beyond to resolve my issues, dedicating significant time and effort to ensure everything was handled properly. What impressed me most was her ability to multitask effectively—she managed to assist other customers while remaining focused on my complex technical problems. My situations were unusual and challenging, requiring extra attention that went well beyond standard customer service. She remained patient, professional, and committed to finding solutions. Her dedication and work ethic set her apart from typical support experiences. She clearly takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. The entire support team should be commended, but her outstanding service deserves special recognition. I highly recommend this location and am grateful for the extraordinary level of care I received.”

“My wife and I had a wonderful experience today upgrading her phone. We are long time customers of this store and when we walked in today, we could feel the energy; the positive vibes and the warm and welcoming climate. This was our first time to meet the manager, Kenia. What a credit her leadership is to AT&T! After interacting with her, it explains why you immediately feel you are with family when you walk through the door. That is the tone she sets and the tone her staff supports and reinforces. Thank you, Kenia, and your wonderful staff for making our experience such a positive one. If you are an AT&T customer or looking to become one, make the drive to this store. You will be happy you did!”
