“Yesterday I went into this store for a new SIM card for my daughter's phone. Daniel greeted and assisted us. He was extremely professional, and attentive, which made for an awesome experience. He also checked my acct to make sure that my family of 5 had the best available plan, which is one of the MANY reasons I switched from T-Mobile to Cricket Wireless. The customer service is top notch and I always feel heard when I have any issues or concerns. 10/10 would highly recommend this company/location to anyone!”

“This five star review is solely because of Isaiah. This young man explored every option available with me regarding my daughter's phone (still under manufacturer's warranty.) Mind you, it was about 40 mins before the store's closure time. We never felt rushed by him. He made several calls to see what could be done, but ultimately I would have to get on the phone with T-Mobile customer support team, who had a two hours wait time lol yeahhhh not doing that. I'll be back tomorrow to buy a new phone with Isaiah. I've visited this location a few times over the years and it could be a hit or miss with the service. Today was a major HIT!”

“Mus is a lifesaver! Really. I decided to drop by this shop for the very first time to check it out and see if I could get a simple repair done for my laptop's built-in mouse pad. Little did I know that my battery was fixin' to explode on me. But anyway, Mus realized this as soon as he got a good look and safely removed the battery, which was the reason my mouse pad wasn't working. Mind you, this was all during the diagnostic phase so I was very generously serviced without any charge. However, I'd definitely like to return and pay for service on another device very soon! “I walked in the boost store which was in 4061 LB McLeod road, I didn’t even buy the phone here , but the young lady named Teju, she took her time , she had a very big smile on her and she didn’t even complain once . I wish they give him a raise. If I know about this store before I would have come here at the first place . I am leaving the store with a huge smile on my face . I went in Hiawassee and old winter garden road store they doesn’t even help me with anything even though I purchased the phone over there. They gave me a very hard time and Iam so upset with it .”

“Hashiel and Alex were so incredibly helpful! I first started the journey of getting my phone fixed and went to the cricket store where we met Hashiel. He was so patient and kind. He actually stayed almost an hour after the store closed to help us through a stressful phone situation. He also served with integrity. Afterwards, he told me to come back and he would help me set up any phone that I needed help with. Not only was he supportive during a hard time, but he also was thoughtful and informative. He made us laugh and had a really great strategy to get our phone fixed fast. Two days later, I came back to fix another phone, and Adam was there to assist. Hashiel and Adam Made our cricket experience so enjoyable! Not only were they thoughtful,. There gentlemen were positive and fun to be around. It was such an incredible experience which could have been stressful. I will continue to come back to the store for every need I have with our cell phone and data needs! Thank you Hashiel and Adam!!
