“Clean, attractive venue. Easy to find your way around. Decent selection of vendors without being overwhelming. We had somewhere comfortable to sit and wait for the rest of our party to arrive. After looking around at the different seats, I feel like there isn't really much concern about ending up with bad seats. Everything sounded great. Overall, quite a good first experience with this location for me.”

“Absolutely one of the most enjoyable lodge stays i have had. Wonderful hosts and great bartenders. Hard to believe it's in the middle of the hustle and bustle that is Miami. If your a moose and would like a great stop in South Florida. This is worth it.”

“I give it 5 stars for the service but today 11/26/2025. Was by far the worst I've had from the soup kitchen the salad, stuffing, and mash potatoes even the cranberry sauce was on point but the turkey it smelled like it was going bad I hope they don't serve that turkey on Friday. Because when I say it smelled and tasted horrible I couldn't eat who ever cooked that turkey shame on you. Do you feed you family the same way you cooked this turkey?”

“Today we took two tours with the Florida National Parks Association. We started with a scuba tour of Bisycane bay. Our captain and his assistant did a wonderful job and were very knowledgeable.
Our second tour was even better. Our guide, Seth, knew everything about everything. He knew every plant and animal and all the history. He did an outstanding job!”

“Farm Share doesn't open until 0800 so you will need to park in the right lane of the road. Very little traffic.
At 0800 a worker came out and took my paperwork. Write your name and number on the front of your bills so they can call you with a door when they are ready. If arriving later call the number on the sign to let them know you are here.
Take both lanes turning in! It's a bit small. If you have the space and are able to, use the spots across from the docks to back in.
Slide tandems and wait for someone to verify your seal before opening your doors and docking.
Once they are done unloading they will call you to come in and sign their paper and get your BOL.

“My name is jerry , and I am currently a patient at the IPU at st annes . At first, I didn’t want to be here. I thought that I was being pressured to leave quickly, and I was unsure about everything. I’ve remained here while waiting for the VA to arrange payment for a nursing home, and during that time, my experience has completely changed.

I want to thank the amazing staff who have truly made a difference in my life. The manager, Carla, is very respectful and knows how to lead her team with professionalism and care. Jessica at the front desk is incredibly sweet and does a wonderful job supporting everyone—I can tell, even from my room, how much she cares because i can hear her talk to team.

The chaplain leonardo and social worker michelle have been outstanding. They check on me regularly and make sure I’m okay. The social worker, in particular, has gone above and beyond to help me find the right nursing home, always putting my needs first and treating me like family, she is thebbest and the reason why i fpund a place to live .

I also want to recognize the nurses, especially Angela and Magaly. They are so kind and attentive. Magaly, in particular, has helped lift my spirits during times when I’ve felt depressed, and that has meant so much to me.

At first, I didn’t like being here—it was far from home, unfamiliar, and I felt like I might just be another number. But this team has truly changed that feeling. They’ve shown me compassion, respect, and genuine care.

I also want to mention Robin, the volunteer, who has been the best. Her kindness and presence have made a real difference.

Because of all of them, I would recommend this place to anyone in need of care. I am very grateful for everything they have done for me.”

“I believe it was 1999 when I was there. At that time there wasn't much of anything but fields and tree's near the shelter. It kinda felt as though I was out in the middle of nowhere. But now as I look at Google Maps, the area has grown a lot! It was a bit difficult to catch the bus in time to get to a Day Labor office to get work. People seemed friendly and I don't remember the shelter being trashy. I didn't stay very long, mainly because I joined the Army. I know this review doesn't really apply to the shelter these days, but I figured I write about it anyways.”
