“I have a great experience renting their truck, the only thing they need to keep improving it's the cleaning of their truck. I rented 3 times from the last couple months, and I'm planning to rent again next week, so hopefully the van they have available be clean. The young gentleman at the store it's very courteous.”
“It's cut and dry, you need a truck and they have every kind. No need to ask of they have this or that size, they do. The return area could be a little nicer but you aren't going to a valet you're dropping off a truck when you're so tired you don't wanna talk anyway.”
“I made a reservation for a cargo van and the day before pick-up I was called and told that they didn't have any vans available. They tried to get me to go to a different location, but I wanted to go to their site, because it was closer to my home and my proposed route. Long story short: they substituted a 10' truck at the same price instead of the van. Everything worked out fine in the end. Many other customers in line also told me that they had also been called that the type of vehicles they had reserved were not available, either. Something must be wrong with their scheduling or software for so many reservation goof ups. It all worked out OK in the end, however.”
