The employees are always nice and respectful, never trying to rush you. When I brought the vehicle back, the deposit also came off my card the same day. “Rented car for 10 days. Took first car back due to extreme smoke smell. Given another suv which smelled clean. But after 2 days it had a smoke smell just not as bad as first suv. This is becoming all to frequent as my last few rentals all had smoke smell. Please start charging people who return cars as you say you do. Based on my experience this is not policed well.Advised agent when turning in suv and they made adjustment to my invoice. However I would rather not have smoky cars.I have rented from multiple locations in 2 states and this seems to be a systemic problem.”

“I lost my car during tropical storm Ian. My insurance company secured a rental for me here in Key West where I live. I was attempting to purchase a 2023 Honda Accord to replace my flooded Honda that was totaled. Unfortunately my search for a new Accord was not successful due to production issues. Nevertheless the Key West representative’s assisted additional rentals and extensions to make life easier. Very respectful and accommodating. I wish I could remember all of their names both at the airport and Roosevelt Blvd. locations. I did end up having to purchase a 2023 Honda CR-V. I am loyal to brands and Enterprise has become one of them, thanks to their dedicated employees. ??”

“Loved the home it's great, the beds are comfortable and it is very spacious. Somethings could have worked better and the pool heat is very expensive. I couldn't get hooked into the audio system even though they tried to get it to work. The pool table and cues were not in good condition.”

“I rented online a month or two ago believing this location was "on site" at the Fort Myers airport. Upon learning otherwise, I took a cab from the airport and picked up my car as the error was mine vs. Hertz. The staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. They took pictures of some existing damage and shared them with me in case there was any push-back upon my return. They also helped me contact customer service to arrange my drop off directly at the airport site. Kudo's to them for helping a total stranger!!”

“Rented at Estero, FL location. Car had not been cleaned BUT (!!!) there was only one person at counter at 9:30am and she was on telephone taking care of a challenging customer. Maybe Need to schedule more help! Also gas less than half full. When I went back to inform counter person, she was with another client and said she would note my contract. Upon returning car to Tampa Airport, found out it didn't happen, but Avis person in Tampa efficiently corrected issue and extra charge. Overall very pleased and, in fact, have rented again!”
