“This was the best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a new iPhone 15 Pro. I was able to call the phone number for the Verizon store and made an appointment for the next day. I got right in with Mary an employee there. Mary explained everything to me so well - no question was a dumb question. She explained my current iPhone 13 Pro costs, what my new costs would be with a 15 Pro, what the data transfer process involves, the accessories I currently have and what similar ones I could use with the new phone etc etc. It was a very professional, thorough and kind process! “I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received at this location. Christian cheerfully navigated a complicated problem and finally was able to resolve the issue. It required calling ATT directly, using multiple phones to connect and finally resolving the issue and getting my phone working. Then, he helped us change some setting and servicing issues. He never lost patience with me, (I am an "older" and not so tech savvy customer) and at the same time he was helping me, he courteously helped customers who came in with a simple question or issue to help them avoid long wait times.
I had visited another ATT store and was basically dismissed; my experience at this Jamaica Bay experience could not have been better.
Christian is an asset to this location and should be recognized for his hard work. I sincerely appreciate his help.”

“This is the BEST Target in the Fort Myers area (and I've been to all of them haha). It's huge, has a wide selection of items, and has a lot of clearance items. The best part is that it's not overwhelming either. It's rarely very busy, and the staff have been nice each time I've been.
