This 7-Eleven receives mixed feedback from customers. Many describe it as a great, awesome, and very clean place. The staff are frequently praised as super cool, awesome to talk to, pleasant, and eager to make customers feel appreciated, with service noted as on par. Customers report the employees make sure they have what they need. However, there are significant criticisms. One customer is upset by a recent display of baseball caps with logos like a marijuana leaf, skulls, and Mexico, questioning the clientele it attracts. Others note product shortages, stating that cool, super healthy, or original items are basically gone from the shelves, attributing this to missed deliveries rather than staff fault. A specific complaint mentions a lack of egg salad sandwiches. A major point of contention involves an older lady on the midnight shift, who is described as not a nice person, very rude, and speaking to customers in an unacceptable way. There are reports of being made to wait, locked doors during supposed 24-hour operation, and an allegation that she smelled of alcohol. This has led to calls for management intervention. Overall, while the location and day staff are highly regarded, issues with product selection and one night employee's conduct significantly impact the experience.
I feel like every employee is pretty cool and everything is always nice in the store
