The staff was great very knowledgeable in knowing which options work best, and also very helpful on referring us to another store where my dad could find an item that he was asking about. They are also a relatively large store and well stocked, especially for SW Florida. There were 3 bike mechanics/ repairmen working on individual bikes behind the counter. And from the size of the waiting list, you quickly realize that there is a reason they are known as the best bike service and repair shop in SW Florida. Thank you, to all those at The Bike Route Inc.”

“EA Bicycles is a fabulous bike shop for mechanical service, new purchases, and biking accessories. Their prices are a good value and the quality and expertise of the mechanical repairs are outstanding. I have had them fix an issue with my shifting (while I waited) that two other bike shops could not get quite right even when I left them my bike, among many other "saves". Al starts from the ground up and dials your bike in to perfection. Evie will take good care of you as well! I have purchased helmets, glasses, and recently bought a Varia radar light at an excellent price point. The glasses are the first pair I have owned that don't fog up. I wish I had gotten them before I bought many other glasses that performed poorly in early morning fog. EA knows their stuff and carries equipment that is tried and true. EA Bicycles is run by a family who ride and they are top performers and 5 stars all the way!”

“My husband and I were in the market for bikes and unsure of if we wanted to commit to an e-bike. Stopped in and talked to Greg, Joanne and Josh. All very knowledgeable and helpful. Greg took us for a ride on a couple of the bikes we were looking at. They were all very good at making sure we were comfortable and asked great questions about what we were wanting to get out of our bikes. Bought 2 bikes and looking forward to biking/cruising!”
