My husband and I enjoyed our experience at this particular chase bank. The staff was friendly. we had a appointment with a gentleman by the name Matthew. He was very pleasant and professional. What ever issues we had he was sure to resolve. Great customer service!

They do a fantastic job of making a tedious task an enjoyable and simple process. Martha the relationship manager has a fantastic personality and an even better understanding of being able to explain everything in detail. I heard great things about chase and they have absolutely set those expectations.
