They keep sending text messages saying they couldn't deliver and needed more information, even after I've provided all the options on how to contact me several times or saying package has been delivered, but in actually, it has not been delivered. Even sending blurred picture of wrong apartment door/number.

I don’t know how to give less than one star. For years this company (even prior to the rebrand) has been the bane my existence. Every time I see my packages coming through OnTrac (formerly Lasership) it is honestly 50/50 on it being delivered at all….
