I entered the Verizon store on Cleveland Ave Fort Myers and had a great experience with sales person “Victor”, very competent and throughout with his approach in solving my problem with my phone. I walked out satisfied, stress-free, and fortunate that their expertise was able to provide a solution.

Damani is amazing agent. Very polite, empathic and professional. Without him I would have been waiting possibly HOURS as the 1st verizon Agent did NOT even check us in. Damani immediately checked us in ..made sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions
