“No problem renting and no problem returning. Picked this 15’ truck up in Key West and drove it to Fort Myers with no trouble, the truck handled well and ran good. Pretty easy to drive!Went in to return it and the guys were friendly and did the return paperwork fast! No extra costs when I was done. We drove down the street, walked into the U-Haul store, spoke with a really nice representative and payed for the rental. “The place I had scheduled my uhaul at for pick up didn't have my order due to a computer glitch putting me in a bad spot as I was moving that day. The dealer at Jerry's Tire had a trailer for me without a reservation! Got me in and out and made a poor start to the day much better. Friendly and quick service! Plus - they have a cool old tabby cat that just hangs out on the counter. Neat place.”

The place is clearly marked so you know where to go, where to enter, where to park for inspection, etc. My interaction there was so quick there is not much else to say. “Sadly the two furniture dollies and the utility dolly weren’t available so I rented an appliance dolly instead. Otherwise this was probably the best rental experience I’ve had for U-Haul. I’ve rented trucks in both Miami and Fort Lauderdale for years and this is probably the cleanest and best maintained truck yet! The staff was friendly despite appearing to have had a long day. Would definitely return to this location in the future!”
