Used to very good branch but now since they put lazy and rude branch manager LU F URIBE we hate to use Wells Fargo's this branch. She should be fire asap. We are using this branch more than 10 years and never seen anyone LAZY and RUDE like Ms. LU F URIBE.

ATM kept my bank card. I called the customer service and they said it's a common thing but no solution to problem except get another card the following business day.
