“Coti really took care of me and treated me the way I appreciated being treated. Being married to a military officer didn’t hurt any either. We had a lot in common so buying from him made the process go smoothly. I’m loving the Tundra. It’s my second one. My first one was a 2000 from Sattelite beach Florida. Drove it for 250000 miles so if this one lasts that long it will probably outlast me. This Tundra has a huge set of balls when it comes alive stepping on the gas. Love the power and it’s thanks to Coti because I thought I would never get a hybrid. I guess I’m never too old to learn. You guys are the best people ever IMHO. “The service manager and technician put a smile on my face on a rough day. I needed to replace a tire on a Sunday afternoon so I could drive back home to the Tampa area. I called several places that either did not have the tire, or could not put it on until Monday. Not only did this Pep Boys location have the tire size I needed, but I was on my way back home in less than an hour. At all at a very fair price. Thank you!”
“Pete's was the only place willing to work on my car after I got hit. None of the bodyshops that worked with my insurance wouldn't work on my car due to the title status. Pete's not only worked with me but did an amazing job. They stayed on schedule and got me my car back in one week. Color matched perfectly and doesn't even look like it's a different part. I had right rear bumper damage. They get all my bodyshop recommendations for the rest of time.”

“We were in town for just a few days. I was driving along in our 3500 and I heard the serpentine belt snap. At the same time I felt the p/s and p/b go out. As I'm going toward the dealership my girl calls Preston Hood. They told us to bring it in. We did. They were going to fix it right away except that they found the p/s pump was shot and the pulley too. Long story short, they overnighted parts and had me driving away the next day. Keep in mind this happened on a Thursday. I had to leave town by Sunday. I picked up our truck on Friday! This dealership is awesome! It's that feeling of total despair to feeling like the luckiest guy in town. Thank you so much to the Preston Hood service department!!!”
