While they do have a convenient drive-thru, I usually park and go inside. The wait times are minimal, and the comfy seating makes any wait a breeze. Overall, it's a great experience every time.”

“Lacking today with banks are the friendly hellos. The warm greetings and family atmosphere. Not with the Community First Credit Union on San Jose Blvd in Jacksonville. The first day I entered Community First Credit Union I was greeted with a friendly hello by Branch Manager Ericka L Would. Ericka asked me how she could help me and I said I wanted to open a savings and checking account. She immediately introduced me to Debbie. Debbie spent over two hours getting all the prerequisites in order for me to open an account with Community First Credit Union. Working in unison with Donna, Melanie, Melissa,and Amparo, the whole staff of Community First Credit Union. I had a checking, savings account, and a new debit card in less than a couple of hours. I felt I was in a mom and pops grocery store where every one knew every one and was treated like a member of a family. What a refreshing experience for a change, especially with a bank. You are not just a number here, you are someone who they consider a good friend and are always happy to see you. “Shared Branching services has always been great. But I have noticed a change in service overall at all locations. The location in Harper lane want to charge a fee to deposit a few coins. Forces you to use the coin machine. This service use to always be free with coop share branching. They want to charge now.”
