“We went for new clothes. My son is 6 foot and it's hard to find clothes for him. He's about a 5x and the store didn't have much to offer. We did however find clothing he liked and we ordered it through the store. There was 1 person working and bless her heart she was running all over the place. Line was long. They did have more casual clothes in his size. Alot of shoes and accessories like belts, underwear and undershirts. It was an okay experience. Just wish they carried more variety for his size.”
“It's one of the better boot barns I've been in. They have a larger selection of boot sizes for men and women, especially the larger sizes. And their clothing had a good variety of styles.”

“Pretty easy to get in and out of specially on Blanding Boulevard. Great stock and prices. There was a steady stream of people going in and out as I was there on a Saturday morning. Store always seems to be quite busy and very popular family kids adults and very wide range of clientele. Is it just wasn't on blending boulevard though that can be a heck of a road to drive through to get to there.”

“My handsome son works here and he loves it and is really good with people. He has great customer service that even though his parents were there he made sure his customer came first. Give my baby a raise. This place is the best place to go for your kids for back to school. They always have great selections and a good sale going. I'm a country woman so I was shocked to see how many cowgirl boots they have and even have some cute heels too. Everything from kids to men this is the place you want to be.”

“Has Nordstrom racks go? This is definitely one of them. I did not spend that much time browsing around as I have in other Nordstrom racks though I did find a few treasures which made me happy. Will definitely be returning sometime in the future”

“Everyone at this store is amazing however it’s always two people who stand out. Kit and Store manager Whitney! They always provide the best service and best deals. Kit helped me the other day and they did absolutely amazing. I only came for one pair of shoes but their customer service got me to buy two. I’m an indecisive person but they were super patient and willing to pull out all the shoes I wanted to try on. 100/10. Love the whole team!! ?
The space is wheelchair friendly and super accessible. Items are in decent reach and you can always ask for assistance with the higher items. Very clean store aswell :)”

“Excellent customer experience! I was in Jacksonville for a few days and stopped in to WHBM about an hour before closing. The store was clean and well laid out. The staff greeted me and not just yelled at me from the checkout counter as I walked in like I experienced in other stores in the area, but actually approached and spoke to me politely to find out if I was looking for anything in particular. They were all personable and engaging as I tried on clothing and gave me honest opinions about fit and appearance. I honestly felt like they wanted to help me find what I was looking for and not just make a quick sale or two. Even though it was close to closing, and the door was locked behind me when I left, I never felt rushed while I was browsing.”
