“Everyone at this store is amazing however it’s always two people who stand out. Kit and Store manager Whitney! They always provide the best service and best deals. Kit helped me the other day and they did absolutely amazing. I only came for one pair of shoes but their customer service got me to buy two. I’m an indecisive person but they were super patient and willing to pull out all the shoes I wanted to try on. 100/10. Love the whole team!! ?
The space is wheelchair friendly and super accessible. Items are in decent reach and you can always ask for assistance with the higher items. Very clean store aswell :)”

Her kindness and positivity to do everything in her power to help me locate shoes even though her store didn't have the size I needed was amazing. I couldn't have asked to be treated any better . “Amazingly beautiful store . Everything was definitely where it needed to be in order and at my fingertips. Help was offered and great deals mentioned. Our cashier was an amazing elder lady whom checked everything hourly and made sure no parts missing. Good thing because one of the Nikes had a lace missing . We received our discounts used our coupons. Was an ideal easy shopping trip. I give this store a complete 10 on sales ease of getting what we needed and then some. Kudos to the whole experience.”
“Had the pleasure of dealing with Erica today at rack room. I had a return that she processed seamlessly and then was also available to get us an item that was out of reach as well as order a pair of shoes to be delivered to our home. In a day and age where it seems like customer service is non-existent at most places this is certainly not the case with her.”
“As soon as I arrived, the guy came over to ask if I needed a particular pair. I asked for my size and without hesitation he came back with the sneakers. He was attentive the whole time, from the moment I entered the store until the moment I left. The store has a variety of sneakers and you can find the newest ones.”
“I've been going to OP Mall since the late 80's, even worked at one of the big department stores and never shopped at Foot Locker until today. I had an online order shipped to there. I called ahead to make sure it was ready to pick up and the associate who answered was very nice. I got there, he was there with another associate. Both offered great customer service. “First time in the orange park location. Very helpful staff, found the right shoes for my problem feet. Highly recommend this store. very clean and what I would call old school service. Where they take the time to measure your feet and get you into the correct shoes.”
