1908 Grand is Gainesville’s newest luxury event venue in one of its most historic buildings, centrally located on Main Street. The space is amazing, spacious, and flexible, filled with historic character, glamour, and stunning chandeliers. It is an incredible venue for weddings and events of all kinds in the heart of downtown Gainesville. The beautiful outdoor courtyard is a stunning backdrop, and the two indoor rooms offer an elevated ambiance. The team is accommodating, friendly, sweet, thoughtful, and the best to work with, always willing to help and on top of everything. They work super hard to ensure the day is exactly how it is envisioned, even when plans change. The venue provides plenty of time for setup, and having access to the kitchen is a huge plus. While there are stairs, there is also elevator access. Parking is not an issue for weekend events. For everything received, the price is absolutely amazing. 1908 Grand lives up to its name and is highly recommended for any special event.

I had the pleasure of having my wedding at 1908 Grand earlier this year and could not have asked for a better experience. The entire venue is beautiful and a perfect set up for any event. Cameron and the team were always willing to help. They were the best to work with before and during the event!
