So rude when I walked in the door I was the only costumer and when I asked for help I barely received it until I had to hunt them down. Then my clothes weren’t folded and just thrown into a bag.

The ladies in the store were very helpful & i'm really happy we got an Aerie this side of gainesville.

Unhelpful, unprofessional & rude team members. I couldn’t even tell who was actually working because most of the employees were in pajamas & underwear. They also gave me issue over an untagged pair of underwear, mentioned they were likely returned, only for me to discover after purchase that they’re dirty too.
