Great quality products and a good selection considering the smaller sized store.”

I walked away with some incredible finds—honestly, I found the best boots ever here! I also picked up a ring that I’m absolutely in love with.
The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is the selection balance. The men’s section is very small, while the women’s section seems to take up about 95% of the store. I’d love to see more variety for the guys!

“I have been in this store many times and it is always fun to browse their clothing but my most recent visit was made incredible by the associate Ava. We were prom shopping for my sister and we had already exhausted some dress shop options. From the moment we walked in Ava greeted us and made sure we knew we were in good hands. She showed us the selection of dresses and periodically checked in on us as we were shopping. When she noticed our hands were getting full she took it upon herself to set us up a fitting room, put all the dresses in there for us, and went on her way. As we were trying on dresses, if Ava made her way into the fitting room, she would compliment my sister and whatever dress she had tried on, which really gave her a huge confidence boost. Unfortunately, the dress my sister fell in love with was not her size, her size was not in store, and online, her size was sold out. Ava made it her mission to make sure my sister got her dream dress. Ava held the dress for my sister just in case we had to purchase it and get it tailored (which we were not sure if it would be done in time for prom), she then looked online to see what locations may have the dress near Gainesville. Jacksonville showed it may have ONE left so she called Jacksonville for us. Jacksonville was not able to find the dress right away so Ava took down our phone number just in case the Jacksonville location found the dress. Within an hour we got a call from Ava stating that Jacksonville found the last dress! She had them hold it for us and we picked it up the next day! Ava made a very stressful situation so much easier and helped us in our scramble for the perfect prom dress. All while extending the same courtesy and dedication to each of the other customers shopping. She was on her A game the whole time and didn’t even break a sweat. While Windsor is a trendy, fun retail store, Ava is what made the experience memorable and, ultimately, what had us choose to spend our money at Windsor rather than elsewhere. Thanks Ava!”
“I have nothing but praises, for Alpaca4Less.com! A respectable business, that does - not - base their prices on greed. And makes their quality product line, affordable to the masses! I purchased an arrangement of 9 colorful alpaca scarfs, and an alpaca king size blanket. That all washed wonderfully well, without any noticeable shrinkage, and are incredibly soft and warm. I am now addicted to the breathability, heavenly softness, and warmth of alpaca. And will be coming back, to purchase more. After exploring the wide selection of alpaca hats, shawls, and other clothing. To top it off, the shipping was fast, and not overpriced. And my experience, with calling, asking questions, and making my order, were exceptional!”

Found a perfect condition to the knee length wedding dress with sheer lace very modern, excellent for a second wedding, or a beach wedding perhaps- not the traditional huge fluffy gown, but just as stunning for $15!!! This place is a hidden gem treasure in Gainesville, like Sandy’s Chic but more reasonable ? I’m going to consign some of the Designer, tags-on, Chicos, Calvin Klein, Ann Taylor and other brands there this week instead of at Sandi‘s because You don’t have to wait or make an appointment, they take everything, and Melanie is a sweetheart!”
“The store was busy, I'm not sure if that's why the cashier left the security tag on the items I bought for my daughter. I believe she deactivated them but did not remove them. The alarm did not go off when we left the store, and I wish it had. Now, I don't know what I did with the recipe.
I found the recipe and revisited the store. I expected to the cashier what I believe happened and she took the security tags off without hesitation.”
“A unique store for the Country Southerners where you can find brands like Yeti, Simply Southern & Columbia. About 50% clothing (primarily t-shirts) and 50% accessories, knick knacks, country seasonal, unique gift items. We scored well here for family stocking stuffers near Christmas. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also have an extensive online store. There was shirt we wanted but not in the right size. I went home and ordered with free shipping at sa.e sale price as in store, no guarantee to arrive before Xmas and it showed up within 3 days with PLENTY of time before Xmas. Excellent customer service!”

“Good quality for reasonable prices if you avoid the teen section. The fitting rooms are unisex and all ages, including children, with only a curtain for privacy which is pretty creepy. I made sure all items were returnable before buying.”
