“Heavin, who works on the first floor, provided the best customer service for myself and my husband when we visited, amd that's saying a lot nowadays when good customer service is hard to find. She was super helpful, kind, and made our entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable.
However, with that said it was difficult to locate check out counters that were staffed and we only found two associates in the entire store (maybe a third in perfume). The lady who worked upstairs was blunt and difficult to work with, so we went downstairs for better service.”

“My husband and I ended up here for an Amazon return. Very quick return process if you don't mind the maze to the checkout area - just show the Amazon barcode from your app and they print you a receipt.
We needed new sneakers for my husband, so we went to the men's shoe section (opposite end of the store from the checkout area) and he tried on a few pairs of 13's and 14's. Decided to get 4 pairs for him. Total was about $193 including tax. Danielle at the checkout area was friendly and informative, answering all our questions. She also helped with our Amazon return earlier.
We don't usually go to Kohl's but I would consider going back to that store for the solid customer service.
Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is the unusual discount days. For example, Mondays only for veteran's discount. Can only use my Kohl's cash earned today on 8/17-8/23...
Aside from that, thanks for a pleasant first visit to this location.”

“In Gainesville, very good size store. Large parking lot, with plenty of spaces. Good location, not a overly busy area. Prices seem to be fair for the most part. They also have some clearance sections, with deals to be found.”
“Love that they have a big mens section.So much stuff here, kids would love it here and very good price took the kids, they loved it. That was my mistake now. I end up spending a bunch of money, but they're happy. That's what matters.”
“The store was busy, I'm not sure if that's why the cashier left the security tag on the items I bought for my daughter. I believe she deactivated them but did not remove them. The alarm did not go off when we left the store, and I wish it had. Now, I don't know what I did with the recipe.
I found the recipe and revisited the store. I expected to the cashier what I believe happened and she took the security tags off without hesitation.”
“Yesterday I went to Starbucks to get a drink and it was very busy and it took 20 minutes for me to get my drink but one of the barista’s her name was NARI she made an announcement to everyone saying thank you for choosing Starbucks and sorry for the wait. That was great customer service for me.”

“The store is clean, and the cashiers are always friendly. Great deals, especially on household and cleaning items. Always a good experience there, and I love that it's well stocked.”
“I made a run to Target for some essentials while I found myself in an unexpected extended stay with my husband at UF Shands hospital. As always, Target keeps good quality products in stock and I found pretty much everything I needed. I do think Target has raised their prices a little more than WalMart for like items but the service I receive at Target almost always beats a WalMart experience. They did have some empty spots on the shelves but who doesn't lately? For this store the advice I have is to take the time to clean up things - just because you don't have completely full shelves doesn't mean you can turn a blind eye. Keep the shelves squared up and the aisles cleared and it doesn't "feel" like you're missing anything. Checking out was smooth and the cashier was very friendly and efficient.”

“Love shopping at Walmart, they have Quality items (Food) at reasonable prices. Household Products. Reasonably priced house hold necessities , clothing, shoes, and so on. Just about Everything you could possibly need. From Household products, hygiene products, cleaning products and wow even clothes. Jewelry, ?, . You name it, they have a one stop shopping service with high Quality products.”
“My experience today was very good. I made my purchase by pickup and although I have no complaints regarding the products purchased, however I had to wait a bit for the products to be brought to my car and all the spots were busy. But however I will buy by pickup again.”
“Thank goodness for self check out. I can get in and out. Unfortunately, some bad apples have ruined the freedom of putting items like cosmetic, and detergent directly into your cart. Overall, I will Walmart, always get assistance when I need it.”

“I had very good and first time experiencing the other things that Walmart Pharmacy does. I had debated and delayed the Shingles shot for 5 years. I'm 65 now and I decided it was time. I researched and knew with nerve pain issues, I needed to take my doctors advice on this and get the shot.
The pharmacist was extremely pleasant and advised about possible side effects as well as her own personal experience with the shot. It's been 4 hours and she was right on point. I'm a little warm, fatigue and shot arm is getting sore. But, its manageable.
I appreciate the Wal-Mart Pharmacy on 12th and Waldo Rd.”
