“Today we needed to get a new outfit for my husbands speech next week, so we went to Dillards men’s department in Gainesville, Floridas Oaks Mall and had the most pleasent shopping experience probably ever. My husband is not a fan of shopping- much less going in a hunt for clothing. But our experience with Malakahi (hopefully I spelled it right) was above and beyond top notch service. He went above and beyond by kindly greeting us as soon as he saw us and asking if we needed help. We informed him of what we were looking for and he was able to get my husband set up with a new shirt, tie, kerchief, pants and shoes. He truly made it an effortless experience today and we are beyond thankful. Service was quick and kind and 10/10 will be back next time we need anything!”
“This location had a good selection. However, they could improve on their shoe dept. But as with most stores, you’re going to find more available online. Belk always have good sales and able to use coupons. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Would return to this store”

“First time in this store. Went in with a friend who said it was one of her go-to places. It was well-organized, clean and well-stocked with prices almost uniformly easy to find. The employees we encountered (3 of them) were all polite, pleasant and helpful. There were a lot of excellent deals.”

“The store was busy, I'm not sure if that's why the cashier left the security tag on the items I bought for my daughter. I believe she deactivated them but did not remove them. The alarm did not go off when we left the store, and I wish it had. Now, I don't know what I did with the recipe.
I found the recipe and revisited the store. I expected to the cashier what I believe happened and she took the security tags off without hesitation.”

“I made a run to Target for some essentials while I found myself in an unexpected extended stay with my husband at UF Shands hospital. As always, Target keeps good quality products in stock and I found pretty much everything I needed. I do think Target has raised their prices a little more than WalMart for like items but the service I receive at Target almost always beats a WalMart experience. They did have some empty spots on the shelves but who doesn't lately? For this store the advice I have is to take the time to clean up things - just because you don't have completely full shelves doesn't mean you can turn a blind eye. Keep the shelves squared up and the aisles cleared and it doesn't "feel" like you're missing anything. Checking out was smooth and the cashier was very friendly and efficient.”

“Some of the commenters RACISM is being shown... not the best Walmart but it's public shopping what do you expect. As far as crowd and ease of checking out I would prefer this Walmart over Archer Rd or the one on NW 23rd. Not as many people and wider aisles. I get an anxiety attack going into the other Walmarts. One con: the prices are a bit higher here especially with household and furniture products in comparison to Archer rd Walmart. Giving gentrification but then again so is the majority of Gainesville”

“Thank goodness for self check out. I can get in and out. Unfortunately, some bad apples have ruined the freedom of putting items like cosmetic, and detergent directly into your cart. Overall, I will Walmart, always get assistance when I need it.”

“I had very good and first time experiencing the other things that Walmart Pharmacy does. I had debated and delayed the Shingles shot for 5 years. I'm 65 now and I decided it was time. I researched and knew with nerve pain issues, I needed to take my doctors advice on this and get the shot.
The pharmacist was extremely pleasant and advised about possible side effects as well as her own personal experience with the shot. It's been 4 hours and she was right on point. I'm a little warm, fatigue and shot arm is getting sore. But, its manageable.
I appreciate the Wal-Mart Pharmacy on 12th and Waldo Rd.”
