“Huge shout out to Doug in the NW 4th location in Gainesville! As soon as I walked by him he was actively engaged in helping me find my product. When the shelf was empty he looked through his inventory and discovered he was completely out of what I needed. Instead of making me go to another location to find my product, he was a rock star and price matched the larger container down to the smaller size that I needed. “Johnstone Supply is a national chain selling HVAC parts to licensed HVAC technicians and companies. A big benefit to using a large chain as opposed to a mom-and-pop outfit is that you can get the products you need from one of the many locations so you can get it closer to the job location. So, if you have teams working multiple sites in various locations, a national company like Johnstone might be a good option, especially if you have an account with them. All in all, there was no issues here and I woukd recommend this company.”

“I have been exceptionally pleased with the customer service Slices Concession offers for the Taylor Soft Serve machines. I am able to call in and talk to a tech when I run against with trouble shooting. The tech seems very knowledgeable and willing to help. Usually we can get my machine running again without needing to get an expensive technician on site, thus saving the hefty service charges associated with those, and get the machine back in running order for our customers.
