“Ms Crystal is an amazing associate. I needed dog food and fish food and instead of just saying isle number and pointing actually walked me to the isles and pointed at the products I wanted. During the walk she was so personal and made me feel at home and like I knew her for years. Thank you Ms Crystal. We don’t shop at Gainesville location often. “Huge shout out to Doug in the NW 4th location in Gainesville! As soon as I walked by him he was actively engaged in helping me find my product. When the shelf was empty he looked through his inventory and discovered he was completely out of what I needed. Instead of making me go to another location to find my product, he was a rock star and price matched the larger container down to the smaller size that I needed.
