“I have been a member of Radiant Credit Union, formerly Sunśtate Credit Union for more than 40 years. I will not bank with any other financial institution. Today my loyalty as a member was validated. I went into the bank to withdraw a large sum of money in cash. I don’t remember the name of the young man that provided assistance to me, but as a 70 something year old I am especially thankful for his advice and suggestions. I needed the cash to purchase a vehicle from a private seller, who requested to be paid only in cash. Absentmindedly, I voiced my concerns about carrying such a large amount of cash money. Without being pushy or condescending he professionally validated my concern. He thoughtfully helped me explore other options and solutions that made me feel comfortable and less vulnerable. “After multiple calls to "customer service," in the cloud , I decided it was hopeless, and a complete waste of time and things were getting real complicated very rapidly.. I was leary of going into the office , fearing more of the same .. Then there was Julia , who was really on top of things and fixed everything very rapidly .. When we got there she was already familar with all the stuff I had messed up and we started from scratch and she already had printed out the correct forms.. She has a way of explaining all of Schwab jargon in plain English, and was very helpful in every way”

“Was having a bad day at work! Lost my license, my debit card and and my work ID! PNC is my bank and the one PNC on 13th St. is able to replace your debit card at that location! I had walked in and was greeted by an employee and she was so sweet! And very good with small talk we had a nice little conversation about the holidays. I had bills coming out on my old debit card so I really needed to get that one replaced as soon as possible. That’s when Chantel M Williams the assistant manager over there at PNC came out, greeted me with a smile, and I walked back into her office. We also had a very nice conversation and she was so helpful and very understanding to my situation and I received my debit card very quickly! She also explained a few other things that I did not know about mortgages and other things they could do for me! I’m writing this because I’m so appreciative because I know they deal with a lot of people all day and it’s pretty cool that everybody there is smiling, knowledgeable and obviously they’re gonna help you with your problem! Thank you so much Chantel and I will be talking to you soon.. so if you’re looking for a new bank, I definitely recommend PNC on 13th St. very helpful very knowledgeable and very awesome!”
