“I have been a member of Radiant Credit Union, formerly Sunśtate Credit Union for more than 40 years. I will not bank with any other financial institution. Today my loyalty as a member was validated. I went into the bank to withdraw a large sum of money in cash. I don’t remember the name of the young man that provided assistance to me, but as a 70 something year old I am especially thankful for his advice and suggestions. I needed the cash to purchase a vehicle from a private seller, who requested to be paid only in cash. Absentmindedly, I voiced my concerns about carrying such a large amount of cash money. Without being pushy or condescending he professionally validated my concern. He thoughtfully helped me explore other options and solutions that made me feel comfortable and less vulnerable.
