About Smoochie Pooch
Charlie's Place Pet Spa and Boutique is highly praised for its quality grooming services and caring staff. Customers appreciate the friendly and patient groomers, especially Mistie, who is known for her kindness and patience with nervous or difficult dogs. The team takes their time to ensure each pet receives gentle and attentive care, often going beyond expectations. The boutique is described as cute and adds a nice touch to the experience. Although some find the prices a bit high, many feel it is reasonable for the level of care provided. The facility offers more open spaces for dogs rather than crates or kennels, which is appreciated by pet owners. Some minor miscommunications about appointment times have occurred, but overall, clients are very satisfied with the grooming, staff, and environment. Charlie's Place is considered a top choice for pet grooming in Gainesville, especially for those seeking attentive and compassionate service.

Laura has been our beloved groomer since we were both puppies. She is as loving as she is professional. These brothers always look so sharp when she’s done.

Minnie’s groomers Tiara and Laura have got the magic touch. My border collie can be high energy, demands attention and stubborn but she melts to their needs for a beautiful result each time!
