“Last Monday we went to the T-Mobile store in the Oaks Mall. Liz help us. We had a particular problem with my iphone. Liz explained to us the possible reason for the problem, and suggested several solutions, including buying a new Samsung iphone. After we went back home, we explored all her suggestions. Eventually we were convinced. The on Thursday that week, we went to the store again. At time Liz was helping another customer. She nodded to us. After she finished helping that customer, she came to us. We agreed to her suggestion of buying a new iphone. She then assisted us with patience and installed for us several things we requested. We were very satisfactory. Liz is very friendly and professional. but more than that, she is such a kind and compassional person who is willingv to chat and share with you. I highly recommend her to any customer. A great girl and beautiful mind!”

“I was assisted by a team member named Liz who I want to acknowledge as she went above and beyond to help me! I was a Sprint customer who had an old plan that was Grandfathered in. I needed to up grade my phone. Liz helped me select a great new phone and then helped my husband and I select a new plan. She then transferred all my data from my I -11 to my new I-15 Pro. This process took approximately 3 hours to complete and Liz even worked past the end of her shift to help us. I am SO grateful for her and was disappointed the survey T mobile sent did not have a place to acknowledge her service there. I hope her Boss sees this and knows what a great employee she is!”

“Thankful enough to live in a community that has Gator Net. After living with monopolistically terrible cox cable almost my whole life, Gator Net was a huge improvement. Needed some help getting it set up when I first moved in and their phone support was fast and extremely helpful. Was working within minutes. Highly recommend if possible!”

“In 17 years, I have had one single negative experience with a Cox employee. It involved a technician not showing up when they said they would (which sounds like human error to me - ever make a mistake? I have).My expectations have been realistic. I expected to have to wait a long time sometimes (for sure not always). I expected that there will be outages (not that many). I expected sometimes my internet will slow down (on the whole it has been very fast).When there’s been an issue, I haven’t taken my frustration out on the employee, and in return, every single employee has been extremely helpful. I’ve had multiple employees go above and beyond to make sure I get the lowest price / most discounted option for my services. I think it’s amazing that almost every single year I’ve had a promotion applied to my account that reduced my bill by a lot, not just a little.Employees are consistently friendly both on the phone and in the store. Sometimes I do think it’s overpriced and I wish they’d charge less. I think that about almost everything. The pricing would be motivation to choose another company for services, but not for the hate Cox receives as a whole.Be kind to customer service and call center workers, even when you’re having a really bad day. Making their day suck too helps no one. It can’t be a complete fluke that in 17 years, the worst thing that’s ever happened is a single scheduling issue.”
