“Amazing customer service! Jarred and Phillip helped us move from Verizon to ATNT; upgraded our lines, and even though they didn’t have the new phone I wanted in the color I wanted, they arranged so I could get my new device in less than 2 days via shipping!
Philip was very informative and helpful while also training a new staff member; and Jarred was very helpful in getting us the best deal possible for our needs!
DJ was also super helpful when Phillip had a question or two!

“Cell Xchange expertly fixed my Moto Z3 in less time for less money than other shops. (Some repair shops quoted me higher cost with nearly a week delay to obtain the parts.) Zach and Abby were both exceptionally helpful, friendly, patient, and capable. I'm glad to have found my cell repair shop (although of course I hope I won't be needing them again anytime soon - lol). “Some of the commenters RACISM is being shown... not the best Walmart but it's public shopping what do you expect. As far as crowd and ease of checking out I would prefer this Walmart over Archer Rd or the one on NW 23rd. Not as many people and wider aisles. I get an anxiety attack going into the other Walmarts. One con: the prices are a bit higher here especially with household and furniture products in comparison to Archer rd Walmart. Giving gentrification but then again so is the majority of Gainesville”
“I brought two iphones in for screen replacements. One of the phones had a screen replacement elsewhere and I was having a lot of trouble with "ghost touching." I don't believe anyone in Gainesville has better pricing than these folks. The quality of the screens appears to be excellent. Turnaround was super fast: both phones were done in an hour and half (and if the person in line ahead of me hadn't been getting a screen replacement as well, they would have had them done in less than hour!). Very happy with this experience.”
“My experience today was very good. I made my purchase by pickup and although I have no complaints regarding the products purchased, however I had to wait a bit for the products to be brought to my car and all the spots were busy. But however I will buy by pickup again.”

“I was at the store this week on Friday (1/30/25). I was frustrated at not being able to transfer the data from I-Phone SE to I-Phone XR because the IOS in the old SE phone is outdated. I had spent hours the previous day without success.
Janette the manager patiently spent about an hour or more in successfully resolving the problem and was eventually able to transfer the entire data. She even solved the issue with my wife's Apple login issue.
I have been to another T-Mobile store in the city in the past and had a different and unsatisfactory experience.
The assistants in this store are polite, courteous and helpful.”
