“I wish I could give more stars, because the treats and cakes are fabulous, the treat boxes are creative and thoughtful, and the owner, Colleen, is absolutely lovely. Items are shipped quickly and packaged well and cakes can be customized. The are the BEST and we love them!! The only thing that would make it better was if they had a shop near us so we could visit. You want to get these ASAP!!”
“In May of 2023 I got my wife a dog stroller for her two babies. Took it down to Fort Lauderdale and one of the wheels had a problem staying on. Brought it back to Pet Supermarket and had them take a look at it and they found a slight defect and gladly replaced it with no problem. They stand behind there products.”

“This Place is far preferable to the big chains like Petco and Petsmart. You get a senior and military discount. They carry your stuff out for you. Really friendly and great service.”
“I vaccinated my puppy through Petco Vaccination Clinic. It was cheaper and easier. You make an appointment online. The staff is very friendly and kind. There is little or no waiting. They are very fast and thorough. I will always come back.”
“The quality is absolutely amazing! Tom was able to add customizations to the cat tree and it was a game changer. He was able to add height and made it 6.5ft tall as well as add the house to it. Our cats adore it and we love it as well. We even had the ability to go to the business ourselves (due to us living a driving distance from it) and you can see the quality in the work they do. It is a very small business with a small number of employees so please be aware that it is not Amazon delivery times. You can trust Tom 100% and know that you are getting what you paid for. I do recommend making sure you follow up with Tom as he does get busy, but he always gets back to you. We will be ordering again!”
“I wanted to leave a review outlining my experience at this location. Unfortunately I did not get everyone’s names that helped us.
Last week on 3/9 I came across two lost dogs on my way home from running errands. I called into Petco to find out if they had a scanner to find out if the dogs were chipped. The girl on the phone was extremely helpful and kind. We actually ran into her while we were in the store.
Lauren in the dog grooming area was able to find a chip on one dog and helped us with obtaining the information to find the owners.
The cashier that checked us out was very sweet and helpful. Even put the collar on the dog for us.
With the help of everyone at Petco we were able to find the owners and get the dogs home.
I hope that leaving the date we came in can help pinpoint the employees names we did not get so they can be praised for their amazing customer service.

“its a box store for farmers what is not to like. the feed is priced fair for what you get. its now high end but its great for keeping in a budget and keeping animals fed”

“This store is the only pet store I know of in Gainesville. It has a pet hospital and grooming business located within. People seem to be happy using those services. The store is clean and handicap accessible. The aisles are especially wide. The fish zone always is good and kid friendly and makes them happy to come. They have pet and cat adoption departments too. The floors are clean. There are rodent, birds and lizards is cases you can pick from to buy.”
“We do grooming for our short-haired medium-sized dog here, and they are lovely. We've had Jasmine twice, and she does a great job and is cognizant of our dog's fear and sensitivity to sounds. Our dog is always happy to come in and see the staff.”
