“Very nice experience here. Staff here are so patient and friendly, especially Enya, her voice is really gentle while giving instructions or helping with the printing. You have three choices for printing, like using the self-print printer or using the computer or sending email to the store. It’s really convenient and efficient. Also they offer you free folders! “A manage-like mister helped me to pack my item and explain everything about shipping it. Although the item contains battery this it can't be shipped in the center, that mister told me the pick-up procedure and gave me the number of the pick-up service. The price of the protective bubble was not cheap but considering the quality of it it's quite reasonable. To sum up, very satisfied experience!”

Tim, Oliver and the rest of the team create such a positive and helpful energy in the space. I am never made to feel stupid or like I'm being a pain, even though I am usually clueless and need to ask for help. Whether it is shipping my packages, helping me figure out how to use the printer system, or coming out to my car to help me unload heavy boxes, I always walk alway feeling like I truly had a great customer service experience and that my package is in trustworthy hands. “I've been coming to this UPS Store location regularly for the past four months, and every visit has been a great experience. The employees are consistently friendly and efficient. No matter what issue or situation I have, they're always willing to help and make sure my packages get where they need to go.
One of the biggest conveniences is how easy they make Amazon returns. They even have a self-service kiosk that makes the process quick and hassle-free.
I'd like to give special recognition to Maggie, who is an incredible employee and always provides excellent customer service. Nicholas, who often works at the register, is another standout employee. Every time I come in, he greets customers with a smile and a positive attitude. He's always kind, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your package is handled properly and gets where it needs to go.
I'd also like to recognize Alex, a bilingual employee who works incredibly hard to assist customers from all backgrounds. I've seen him make a genuine effort to communicate with people regardless of what language they speak, ensuring they can complete their tasks and receive the help they need. His dedication to helping customers feel welcomed and understood is a huge asset to the store.
Valerie may be a little loud and confident at times, but she's clearly dedicated to getting the job done and seems to run a very organized operation with her team.
I also use this location for printing services, and the print quality is always excellent. They offer laminating services as well, which I absolutely love. The finished products always come out clean, professional, and exactly what I need for my projects.”
