“What a pleasant experience! I was there to renew my passport. I had arrived before the appointment time but they took me right off. The whole thing was done before my appointment would have started.Staff members are kind, courteous, and helpful. Anyone can use this facility, and it's a "real" USPS location. I'll be going here from now on.”

“The dropbox is located outside just south of Peabody hall outside on Union Road. Daily pickup is approximately 4:15 pm. You can easily do the drop from your car by pulling up alongside the road.”

“This location was actually helpful. I went to the 34th street and 20th location in Gainesville, and they were not as helpful, and would not take my return, and wanted to charge me for one strip of tape to close the box. I came to my UPS store by my house, and they were exceptionally helpful. The one gentleman even told me how to get my return label because the other location messed up my return by creating but not taking my package. This location helped me figure out who to call, and how to get it done. And didn’t try and charge any extra fees for basic service. Top notch customer service here! Way to go guys!!”

“I wish I could give Mail Boxes & More 10 out of 5 stars!!! My aunt passed away last year and I was assigned the executor of her estate, from out-of-state. At the end of this sad and complicated process, Mail Boxes & More received 8 unwieldy boxes filled with items from my aunt's house and over the phone and Facetime, helped me to sort through the items. In the end, they packed and shipped three neat and organized boxes of family treasures. These two women went above and beyond the call of duty and actually helped restore my faith in humanity. I appreciate their effort, kindness and generosity so much. I highly recommend that everyone support this business.”

“A manage-like mister helped me to pack my item and explain everything about shipping it. Although the item contains battery this it can't be shipped in the center, that mister told me the pick-up procedure and gave me the number of the pick-up service. The price of the protective bubble was not cheap but considering the quality of it it's quite reasonable. To sum up, very satisfied experience!”
