“I went to Publix \\u0026 a nail salon to get a reshape and repolish. You know, while I'm here! It was the funniest thing. I came out of Publix and saw that my trunk was still open from taking my shopping bags out for after I come from the Nail shop... to save my steps. I was like \\\"wow\\\" there's nothing touched. I'm impressed! Really nice area and civilized citizens. Oh, and the Nail tech and cashiers were pleasant and professional. Great experience.”

“I used to work for Publix as a college student at Florida State University. They finally moved out of Florida into South Carolina and I enjoy going to my childhood Publix. I have one complaint about the deli department and it's happening every single time I go to the deli. The staff are not changing their gloves after completing an order to start a new order with fresh gloves. To their credit when I ask them to change gloves they are very good about doing so. Come on guys this is basic Sanitation 101 and why isn't management enforcing this?”

We don't live close to this Publix but we come here when we come to Gainesville and is an amazing place. Some people complain about the prices at Publix but to me the quality is worth the price!!! “Actually, this Publix has a lot more vegan and vegetarian options with new items all the time. Some are completely plant based and some with eggs and / or dairy. They carry the egg substitute JUST and have a huge variety of snack and chips that are completely vegan. No ww or white flour. There's a fairly good stock of cold vegan cheeses and sandwich fixings in the produce dept. Also, in the frozen section, there's vegan breakfast and dinner foods. I never leave the store without a full basket of vegan foods. Also, they are offering a vegan sub!!!”

“I was exacting this place to have limited options and/or be super expensive but wow…this place actually has great options and reasonable prices ?!?!? They sell locally made tempeh for a great price…lots of Tofurkey options and Upton's stuff. Multiple brands of tofu. Plus they have a to-go section with plenty of vegan options! I was kinda scared but I'm so glad that I tried this place out. It's a bit far from me, but still…will be coming back.”
