The team was courteous, efficient and made solid reccomendations with out being pushy.
They didn't have my particular air filter, but said they could go to the neighboring parts store and be back before the service was completed- and that's exactly what happened! They were back and had the filter in place before I knew it!

“Caliber Collision did repairs on my vehicle after it was rear-ended on I-4. They communicated very well and provided expectations of what work was needed and when it would be completed. They met or beat every expectation.
When I picked up the car, they had buffed out some paint scratches from two other incidents where the car was hit.
Alex was fantastic. She explained how one part of the damage appeared cosmetic but they would get a better look at it. Turns out that it was cosmetic and an easy fix.
I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job at a fair price (insurance picked up the cost but Caliber did honest work) and communicated throughout.”
“He did some work for me that I could not find other repair shops to do. Did it on time and for the agreed-upon price. This is an old time old school mechanic shop where they build their own race cars, and work on other people’s cars, for racing or just for driving the family around. Nice guy too!”

“Called in Friday afternoon for a front wheel bearing replacement on my 2015 Ford C-Max Energi and they got me in Monday morning. A few hours later they called me to confirm it was the bearing, and also mentioned a few other things they recommended. I declined, and they were not pushy at all. By the end of the day, they had my car back running smoothly for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend coming here.”

“I have been looking for a BMW shop other than a dealership. I have had bad experiences with dealerships. I found PSI and I decided to give them a try. Let me say, I am very impressed with my car after the repairs. They treated me with respect and kept me informed of the progress of the work on the car. I now hope I have no more issues with the car and then get to use PSI again next year for more upgrades.

“I highly recommend anyone with electrical and engine repair come to SG&K Auto Repair Center and see Tristan and Kenny!! They are Awesome! My issues did not happen all the time, but if left with nothing done to it, I would have had more problems than what I had. They found the issues with my electrical and charging system. Kenny took his time and made sure every thing that was wrong was fixed, tested, and retested. My car is running so much better than it ever has in over a year. Tristan is Amazing and worked with me on the repairs. Thank you so much for being there and for taking the stress out of a stressful situation!
