However, Erick assessed my vehicle and assured me a replacement was completely unnecessary and he could fix the leak with a simple repair. Erick explained what he observed as the issue and showed evidence for it, explained how this probably occurred to my vehicle, described what steps he would take to make the repair before performing any work, and then graciously answered any questions I raised as he performed the work and encourage me to watch. “I have read some of the negative reviews and I can understand if they were looking for a specific tire or something. However - my wife had an issue with her tire leaking slowly from the rim. They had it fixed in 10 mins and charged a very reasonable price. I prefer smaller shops because they are privately owned and not subject to corporate sales quotas and dependent on selling customers things they don’t need.
They did a great job and we were very satisfied.
I would recommend that if you go you call first and make sure someone is there.
