“Great auto repair shop with good communication and fast turnaround time. I needed my radiator filler neck replaced. O'Reillys sold me the part, but their guys couldn't do the replacement in their parking lot and limited tools, so they sent me to Lightning. LIghtning was happy to perform the service as well as a tune up of the car. They gave a good estimate, and then they called me when the work was done and an assessment of other services overdue. I'd happily return.”
“Best mechanic and service I've ever experienced. I've gone to a few mechanics with the same issue, and no one could identify the problem. I came here, and Nate was able to identify the problem immediately. He fixed it and was able to save me from making a costly mistake another mechanic had recommended me to make. “I woke up to a flat tire due to a screw.. Was able to get my hands on two new tires locally. Called carriage the same day for installment in afternoon (it was Friday)and although they were busy, they found the time to fit me in and install those two tires. Incredible staff and service.”

“I have been coming to Bennett's Auto Care for several years and I have always been very happy with the work that was performed! I reached out and spoke to Scott, after a hot grueling weekend with no A/C in the vehicle, hoping to get on their schedule so the issue could be repaired. I’ve never been treated unprofessionally by the staff. Not on phone, or in person. Waiting room is nice, and they clearly make efforts with hospitality to gain loyal costumers. (Shuttle, refreshments)
Although I think the price was a little expensive, they do have discounts you can find and use. Overall, their customer service makes getting oil change here worth it. (I don’t speak for other services they offer). Thank you and please don’t change!”
“Brandon Transmission is the best. Had a spot on my garage floor and was told by my oil service company that it was a transmission leak. Brandon Transmission checked it out and stated that they believed it was a oil pan gasket leak because of the color of the fluid and recommended that I have that corrected and to monitor it. Transmission seal repair would have cost $1,500. Asked what I owed them for the diagnosis and they responded nothing. Very few companies are that honest. Highly recommend them. Will be taking my vehicle back to them for transmission servicing.”

“I took my two thousand and seven honda accord to george to have him Look at what I thought was my transmission. He just drove it, And every other diagnostic procedure he could do. As a woman, We usually get taken advantage of because most mechanics thinks were idiots.He had my card. Is they spin an exceptional amount of time They spent And didn't charge me a dime. “My wife and I had a great experience with Certified Transmission. My contact was Alex who we very up front and knowledgeable about options. I called around to at least 10 different places and they were by far the best in service and price. We got a salvaged transmission with 12/12 plan. We had a choice to either pay for a new transmission from Ford and wait 1-2 months for a range of $4500 to $6500 or pay less than $2500 for a salvaged transmission with 12 months or 12,000 miles. In todays market when you own a car outright and can get the same amount you paid or more with the current supply issues for trading it in; it made perfect sense to get a salvaged transmission. Alex was very patient with me help make me comfortable. No one wants to pay $1000s for anything but at least I am gambling with less then $2500 as opposed to $6500. Thanks again to Alex and his team. Great place, great service, and great knowledge.”
“I've used their service twice and was treated to 5 star service both times. It's been about ten years since my first experience with them. That was when I had the pinion bearing go bad in my Chevy Silverado. I'm a mechanical person and I already knew the pinion bearing was bad, I was just looking for a quote to replace it. The owner test drove it and agreed, bad pinion bearing. But, couldn't give me a quote until he saw how the ring and pinion gears looked, as a bad pinion bearing will grind those gears out of spec. I got a call about 3 hours after dropping it off, "Good news, your ring and pinion gears are fine, you'll only need bearings replaced." Perfect opportunity to screw me and tell me the gears were trashed too. 10 stars for honesty.Second experience was about 5 years ago when my daughters Ford Taurus transmission failed in the middle of traffic. Yikes! Had it towed there and found hydraulic pump had failed probably due to a major overheat condition that required replacement of the engine earlier.Just a note for those that may not know, your engine coolant also cools your transmission. An overheat that destroys your engine will most likely destroy your transmission too. It just takes a bit of time for the fried clutches to start breaking up and fouling the hydraulic pump.Bottom line, I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat if the need ever arises again. Fingers crossed I don't, but I'd recommend them to a friend every time.”

He gave me a gew options and while it would be cheaper to buy used and install , it was smarter to rebuild and i know what is in my wifes car. Now its running like new again. Glad i went to Earls”

“First off I know people tend to read the first line of reviews, so very happy with Five Star!. We took our 04 Explorer there because I was getting a flashing "OD Off" light, which is indicative of a transmission issue. I also read a PCM code that indicated a shift servo fault. They checked the servos and they were working so the initial thought was perhaps a transmission fluid change may solve the problem, then they dropped the pan. Inside was metallic debris indicating a more serious problem and they recommended transmission swap. This was performed and the vehicle is working great again. The nice thing was they did not go right to transmission change without considering other, less-expensive options first. Obviously once the debris was found they did not proceed with a fluid swap; they did the transmission swap. Very pleased with their approach to the issue and the resolution. Will definitely go there again.Service: Transmission”
