Not only did he walk them through the entire process, but he also stayed on the phone with them until everything was fully working and set up correctly.
Marcus was incredibly patient, professional, and willing to answer every single question they had without rushing them or making anything feel complicated. That level of care and dedication is rare these days, and it made a stressful process so much easier for them.

“I live out of state but was so impressed with the service I received when my phone was driven over, that when I needed a new phone, I waited until I could return to south FL to buy it here. Today I went in unclear of what I wanted [long uninteresting story]. I felt like the young man helping me was annoyed- which now I understand was because of my indecisiveness and lack of knowledge, which resulted in my requiring a lot of time. When he told me it would cost $25 to transfer my data later since my phone died, and a password which I did not have with me was required as a result, I felt annoyed. I left, but came back. The owner handled this situation extremely well. He asked me if the young man helping me was rude. I answered honestly by saying not really. I told him that he just left me feeling like he was annoyed. The owner then pointed out how he did spend a great deal of time with me. That was true. I just thought that was what sales people do. I think what I realized after the fact is that this is more of a repair shop than a retail spot, which makes me realize how my taking so much time to buy a $220 phone could be making it difficult for this employee to get his other work done. All that to say that I would definitely go back and do think they are honest and do great repairs.”
