“Had a decent experience here. There was a long line almost out the door and thankfully it moved pretty quickly, but there was only two workers so I don’t understand why don’t just hire more people.”
“My package had accidentally gotten delivered to the wrong place and I went up to the post office to see what they could do and within not even 2 hours my package was delivered to my house !! The staff went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough :) Wonderful service and workers !!”
“Everyone in there is really nice and will go out of there way if/when needed. Its a smaller almost maw/paw type feeling location. I rarely had wait more than a minute or too but usually get right in. Wait maybe i shouldn't leave a good review and keep it a secret! Thank you to all the staff in there for working hard while still being pleasent and helpful. Never had one issue shipping out of that office. After it levaea there can be another story though lol. Good poeple”
“I have had my mailbox in this location for almost a year. They provide great customer service and are very professional to deal with. Oscar forwards my mail, since I live out of town. He is always courteous and professional every time I speak with him.”

“Don't do money orders, including when you cashing them, but for every other postal needs it's best postal office. Also where else you can printout everything from PDF for half dollar a page??? Go to UPS store they will charge you $4 or more for that!!! Not a regular post office, for inquiries of mail delivery use 32809 or 32819 post offices, Turkey Lake and Orange avenue, also sometimes lack grey boxes in their inventory, so it's better use your own. Still deserve best ratings in my honest review!!!”

“I had an issue with a delivery person, that misdirected my Package on Saturday 04/26.
On Monday 04/28, I went in to the Post Office on locating the Package. I’m Sorry I didn’t get Names. But the Customer Service Rep, and the Manager both went out of their way to assist me. And I received my package Today.

“I’m writing this review because I honestly feel the current low rating is unfair. I’ve had a great experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes out of their way to help. We’ve managed to resolve several issues together, and I’ve never had a single problem sending packages from this location. The guys here really do their best to be supportive. Highly recommend!”

“No one is there at 8 am - I managed to get my package mailed but it wasn’t easy. It would be nice if someone was there to help you. Several other people came in to mail packages too. Needs more customer agents.”
“This particular post office is a little hard to find as it is in a small building on a side street just off of West Colonial Drive in the Pine Hills section of Orlando, Florida.The parking lot is not large by any means, but again, this is small post office.Ultimately, this post office served its purpose and I was able to get some mail out.Overall, I will give it four stars”

“I’ve learned in my 15+ years in Marketing that in most cases the way we approach a person will dictate how they respond. I had the pleasure of speaking to a very nice lady named Rhonda who was very apologetic about my package being missed on a pickup. She got it taken care of immediately and arranged for the pickup before the day closed. See I remember always that I’m a customer when I’m not in my work attire. I have to treat my customers how I want to be treated. (The Golden Rule) It’s easy for us as customers to forget that and we can’t even imagine how rude we can be and how the interaction before you stepped in the building could have made the representative upset. We don’t know what it takes for people to show up to work everyday. Life is not a joke and many people live on the edge of existence. I challenge everyone to self examine and ask what can I do to make our local post Office a better place. I dare you to shower them with love and appreciation. It’s important that the US Post offices keep thriving because they are an important element in the economy.”
“I used the self-service kiosk which was working well that day. If you can use the kiosk and avoid the line and do your own stuff without getting involved with the clerks then do so. I know you can't always use the self-serve; sometimes you need to talk to a human. The self-serve machine prints out a receipt for you or you can email yourself a receipt and then after you've done whatever you just put your package in one of the slots or doors to send your package on its way.”
“I agree with others that the wait time is long here but I had a great experience thanks to Vivian! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and went out of her way to help me with everything I needed. She explained my options clearly, made sure I got the best and most affordable service, and handled everything with a smile. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this genuine. He has even helped me carry packages to my car after I had hand surgery and always has a smile for all the customers. The other employees are fine too but he is exemplary.
