“I spent the day here with my husband and we both agreed it was a great day. We hung out with Holden and did the trifecta, factory tour, rolling class and the tasting group.Factory tour was amazing and we learned a lot about how cigars were rolled throughout history and witnessed how cigars are being rolled today. It was very fascinating. I was overjoyed to witness that some of the most sought after cigars were being rolled and inspected by women.We also did the cigar rolling class.Which they made it so easy and helped us along that way , didn't catch the guys name but he was patient and friendly.Being a non frequent cigar smoker I was a little nervous about the tasting class but our group was amazing and Holden helped to include everyone and made it a safe space. I kinda wish there was some alcohol but then I wouldn't have leftThanks Jc Newman and Holden for an amazing day. PS we also got to meet Eric Newman what an Icon I wish he was my grandpa so I can listen to his stories all day”

“Over the last year, I was going to Hywaze Vape Shop and Smoke Shop on Fowler. It is the best place to go and buy vape stuff. The owner, Adil, is awesome. He always makes sure everyone is happy and gets what they need. He's really good at explaining things about the products, so you always know you're getting something great. Adil doesn't just want to sell stuff; he wants to make sure you're happy with what you buy. Hywaze is very different from other shops in that it's very honest and friendly. It feels so great to ask questions and buy things there, as you can trust them. They have a lot of cool stuff, and the shop is neat and easy to look around. It's the only place I go for vape things. They deserve a big five stars for being so awesome!”

I went in not knowing what my coil was but, Dorrell jumped right in helping me would you like a napkin, I have gloves, I can do it. Best customer service ever! He took one look and knew exactly what coil I needed. Dorrell service was so Amazing that, I walked out with a new device and I still have my old one. “The owner & all the employees are all great. The store in itself has & most items you would be looking for at a smoke shop! Prices are reasonable, their products are very good. NOT ANY KNOCK OFFS.I visited a different smoke shop not far within 2/3 miles, don't remember the name, bought 5 got 1 free. Fuse extra or ultra, well 4 Fuse bubble gum vapes leaked out of the total 6. “A solid shop with plenty of accessories, glass, papers, and knowledgeable employees. This place has been my go-to for any rigs and glass for years and has not let me down any time I’ve been in. “I've travelled far a wide. I've hit ever Monte Cristo lounge in the US to include PR a few Burns and most on 7th with a few one offs across America. This place is in my top 5 and probably one of 2 that I've ever given 5 stars. I liked this place so much I came back during my trip and decided it can't be beat. I brought some sticks home and ran into an issue. I emailed them and they offered a great solution. That small thing was huge to me. I decided to fly back to Tampa for my BD and spend a few hrs here. If anyone is looking to enjoy great sticks with a nice atmosphere and staff this is the place!”
“I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost a year and only recently discovered this place. It’s kinda tucked in but it is well worth it! The shop itself is quaint, narrow and long. They have many things in there, so take your time and appreciate how although it is compact, there is many, many different types of things for sale. I came in for a disposable vape to which they had many different varieties and brands. I was excited to see one of my favorite vapes that not many sellers carry. The prices were slightly below market price and they even had a two vape special. In my quick walk in and out I saw a variety of other products, many different types and accessories for smoking; papers, ashtrays, smoking equipment. I saw legal edibles and sexual enhancers; pills and honey packets. They sold cigarettes and cigarillos, wallets and branded merchandise. The reason I chose to write this review, although I was pleasantly surprised by the product offerings, I was absolutely astonished by the customer service. Both times I went I was so graciously welcomed in and the attendant spoke to with such respect I was blown away. They’re open late too, go give them a check out, you’ll be glad you did!”

“i love going to different smoke shops all the time however, this smoke shop is probably one of the only few that i keep coming back to. the employees here have gone out of their way multiple times to match my budget. they are increadibly patient and obviously try to put effort and countless time into this shop. they are constantly trying to add new products and always staying on top of making sure things are stocked. the location is also perfect for me as it's not a too far drive from my house. i honestly really like coming here because of the customer service, and that they really know what they are selling. some shops barely know anything about the things they sell. t”

“Second 5 star for this place. Im assuming it changed ownership? Use to be called Drip.Again, customer service is outstanding. Staff are very friendly and professional.I come here often for juice and coils. Recently purchased a different tank and some coils a few weeks ago. Tried changing the coils today and they werent the correct coil.Came back and explained the situation.Turns out, Geekvape gave them the wrong tank. They only carry the Z version tank and mine is the Z Max. Which take the M series coils. Unfortunately they dont carry M series coils, understandably because the dont carry the Z Max.Theyre so awesome, not only did they refund the coils even after I opened one in a five pack, they also offered to exchange the entire tank.I highly recommend this place.”

“The owner of the store is very laid back and cordial. He knew is stuff when it came down to the products. I’ve been to many smoke shops and this one in particular had more variety of some exotic/distinguishable bongs. They were art. Bought some edibles that I found to be much cheaper and of the same good quality as other shops. And conveniently, I bought some pre-rolls. REALLY good high. I do recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for anything exotic. The price is fair. And if the product has high price, it’s definitely worthy. 10/10 in my book.”
