“I love this bank branch! The staff is fantastic – friendly, professional, and they always recognize me. They've been incredibly helpful whenever I've had a banking question or issue. While they do have a convenient drive-thru, I usually park and go inside. The wait times are minimal, and the comfy seating makes any wait a breeze. Overall, it's a great experience every time.”

“I walked in after leaving another Chase location that turned me away and refused to assist me. I was super frazzled. My husband and I got married months ago and I was able to update my last name on every account I have except my accounts with Chase.
My husband is in the military, Chase requires you to change your name in person and we have not had a local Chase Bank, we were finally relocated here, where there are physical Chase Bank locations. Because my name is updated elsewhere, I have bills and orders bouncing due to discrepancies with my name and there's urgency to get my name updated.
So, I walked in very frazzled, upset and disappointed, I really just wanted help with this, I didn't care how long I had to wait. Lindsey at the front was so empathetic, kind and reassuring. She advised I'd have to wait as a walk-in, but that they'd be able to help and I was super relieved. She was very professional. Thank you for not turning me away immediately and for resolving this for me!”
“I have had several banks since 1980. I opened a new account with this branch in the 2011's.. Sam n Brigette were there to help me and they were so friendly n accomodating. They treated me more than a family would treat someone. I moved places after that but kept my account open with WF. When I returned to Jax last year, it awed me to find out these two are still there. I did not forget their names of course and wasn't surprised at all to have received an even better customer service by far from them. But thats not the end. The new branch manager -Yane (her name) , provided me the extra ordinary 101% customer service on d phone. I mean she went beyond her call of duties to really really help me. The best customer service training these branch employees have ever shown to me from a telephone call to a branch office visit in person today. Yane of course helped me resolved the problems with enthusiasm. The team work amongst them was absolutely exemplary. Everyone was smiling n just making you feel like a VIP..I live 25 miles away from this location but the trip is worth a million to visit. Let me also add the kindness n great customer service of Latoya-manager for St Johns Bluff n Beach Blvd...KUDOS to everyone...”
