I followed directions on the smart switch app and put my old sim in my new phone and it wasn't sending messages. Ericka fixed my problem in less than 2 minutes. Helpful and straightforward.”
“I was welcomed as soon as I came in by Pete, Ron and Alice. No loud music or indifference like the T-Mobile at Blanding Blvd in Orange park. These people ACTUALLY cares of representing T-Mobile and their customers. My new phone got shipped to them and Pete got right on my concerns. He transferred my Sim chip and got all my apps reapplied to my new phone. While he was doing this another customer that was there for phone questions and mentioned he has the internet with them. They provided him with the newest box for internet at no cost. Will NEVER go anywhere else. Almost canceled T-Mobile because when I switched over from Verizon, the Blanding Blvd location in orange park lost all my contacts, apps and photos ( especially of my beloved wife) simple Samsung to Samsung phone.
