“Erika provided outstanding customer service during my visit to Cricket. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. She made the entire process easy, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Good customer service makes a difference, and Erika definitely delivered. If you visit this location, I highly recommend asking for Erika. Thank you again for all of your help.”

“My experience at the AT&T store on Tuscan Way, Shoppes of Murabella was delightful! Yes, I truly mean that! Jay, the mgr, and Cody his colleague were knowledgeable, polite, helpful and had a great sense of humor. Jay greeted me when I entered the store even though he was either another customer. My wait time was under 5 minutes and I was able to update my plan, sign up for new phones, internet and save $ too! Highly recommend 🤩”
