“I had a truly exceptional experience with Louis Rodriguez Literally his customer service was an INCREDIBLE experience. Louis was super friendly, super helpful, and very personable. He made the stressful experience of activating my new phone after I accidentally dropped and broke my primary device. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the issue I was having with the new device, being able to receive and transmit data but not able to make or receive calls. He gave me the best support and was able to fix and properly activate my device in like 5 – 7 minutes and was super informative about upgrade options and all the perks with upgrading my old account. Truly the best Verizon store experience because of Louis. He has gone above and beyond to help me from the first minute I entered the store. Im aware there is more than one Louis at this location, so I used his full name because he deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service! Thanks Again”

“Erick O. from Verizon delivered truly outstanding customer service. He stayed with us every step of the way until we were completely set up with our new phones, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He also secured the best deal we have ever had, and I can honestly say we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Erick is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. As a bilingual representative, he is able to assist both English and Spanish speakers with clarity and patience, answering every question thoroughly. He made us feel like family, and that level of care is rare. Thank you, Erick, for going above and beyond. He is also the manager of the store, we highly recommend this location and Erick! This is our favorite location from now on.”

“The best as usual, although it has a lot more to do with apples part so it was kind of unsuccessful, but I will tell you everything else I’ve ever purchased has never failed me and they’re very patient. They tried to do any and everything they could to save my 12 pro MaxLiterally gave it CPR but they compensated me with no issues giving me options which isn’t common, considering everybody is out for your money, but with no questions asked even with the times they spent on my phone still gave me the exact amount that was given to them before the process. Thank you Supertones I’ll be seeing you guys very soon”
