About National Car Rental
National Car Rental in West Palm Beach offers a convenient and efficient rental experience. Customers can skip the counter and choose any car from the Emerald Club aisle, managing their rental through the mobile app. The location is great, situated near the PBI Airport and West Palm Beach, Florida, providing a wide variety of car choices at the Emerald Club.
While the overall experience is generally good, some customers have expressed disappointment with the car selection in the Emerald aisle, finding it to be "mediocre" with mostly base model vehicles, rather than the nicer Cadillacs and SUVs they had access to in the past. However, National Car Rental still provides a valuable service, allowing travelers to balance their business needs with a smooth rental process.

Car was decent, my only issue is that whomever rented it previously had been a smoker. Other than that I'll use them again
