“I was very apprehensive in ordering something from brochures. The insulation was amazing Kevin & helper were pros. They called before they came went over the order before they picked it up fm the store. Then before installing the doors brought me outside to make sure it was what I ordered plus they were on time. A WIN WIN situation.”

“As a realtor, a contractor and renovator I'm in Home Depot at almost everyday for something or other for myself or clients. Everyone is always so helpful and courteous no matter what store I go in and most of the employees start to recognize you and greet you more like a friend than because its their job. My only complaint is that every store is set up differently and even I get turned around sometimes because I forget which location I'm at. But overall if you need it they have it for all levels of construction or DIY projects.”

“I visited this store today just before closing and was met by John out front. He was busy moving some items but made it a point to engage me and figure out what I needed. Once I told him I was looking for a specialty screw he told me to meet him inside on aisle 7. He came in about one minute after I walked in and met me in aisle 7 and was extremely kind and helpful. He figured out what my need was and quickly found the screw I was looking for. He tested everything and sent me on my way. If only all retail encounters can be like John this world would be a better place. Kudos to John!”

From a professional designer POV- to know you have a team on your side that always has your back when it comes to customer service, product knowledge, positive attitudes, super speedy response time- this group is unbeatable. Ken, Erik, Michael, Chris - the list goes on and on. Both the West Palm & Jupiter locations have so much product on display. Go to MH and I promise you won't ever go anywhere else again.”

“They carry a good selection of flooring materials, and I’ve been shopping at their Delray location for years without any issues it’s always been one of the most professional shops I’ve dealt with. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location was very disappointing. The warehouse staff showed a lack of professionalism, and attitudes were given quicker than the products I had already paid for. If this is the standard of service the owners are aiming to represent, it’s a clear step backward from the level of professionalism I’ve come to expect.”
