“(First of all I posted this review in the Winter Gardens HomeTeam which was the wrong one - I live in Delray so I'm reposting this here in the correct location which is Lake Worth in FL) Quick review here about my impression of the way Home Team treats their employees. I talk to my regular service guy Juan (who is awesome) when he comes around because he's very friendly and professional. So I was chatting with him this a.m. and found he had got Covid at the end of the year. Home Team immediately sent him home, full pay, for the recommended period until he was well. They also do regular (virtual) meetings on how to be safe, and they have good benefits in general. I ALWAYS look for companies that treat their employees with dignity and respect, and I won't deal with companies that do not treat employees fairly. So it's nice to see that Home Team does, indeed, walk the walk, and I hope they continue to do so. Of course it's common decency, but also it's just good business - I wish more companies got that! Well done Home Team, will be a long time customer. (PS - I see bad reviews here about the account side of things, but honestly that has always been good as well tbh, not sure why others had a problem, these guys always respond timely, don't overbill, always there very soon after we call for a specific issue etc. - all good in my experience).”

“We just had the most amazing customer service from Hanna in floor and wall coverings at the Lake Worth, Florida location! It’s refreshing to find positive customer service especially during COVID when stores have downsized and reduced staff. She was very personable and knowledgeable not only in her department, but the whole store in general. She escorted us to areas when we couldn’t find products. She provided in depth product reviews and was simply and all around spectacular employee. Plus she rung us up at her service station to help us quickly wrap up shopping.
