“Best rental car experience on pick up with Cheyenne to the ride home with Tate. I have never had such quick easy service. I usually rent through Avis or Budget but will be renting in the future from this Hertz location. My Nissan Rogue was thoroughly clean which isn’t always the case with other rentals. Thanks for a stress free experience”
“Lori was a great help! I'm in Pensacola for an indeterminate period and had to return my first rental after 30 days. I really like the car I had been driving, so she called back and had the car cleaned and returned to me. Everyone at the Avis desk is so helpful and Lori went above and beyond. Before my flight, I contacted the online help and was told the counter might be closed by the time I arrived, which had me worried. But as soon as I got there, James greeted me with a friendly smile and immediately reassured me that they stay open until the last flight lands. His kindness and professionalism instantly put me at ease.
James went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with my rental, and his calm, helpful attitude truly made a difference after a long day of travel. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and caring these days.

“I've had pretty good luck with Budget so far. Got a nice upgrade for same price on our last vac. Had flight time change and had to move up car pickup time this vacation and was accommodated. Price always seems to be the best. Only cons are that I don't think they check the cars frequently enough. Had very low wiper fluid in the car this time and the light kept coming on. Trip before had a bunch of lights coming on in car saying safety systems not on. Trip before that had low tire pressure light come on and had to deal with that. These were in 3 different cities
I think they need to do a quick safety check in between customers to minimally make sure tires aren't low and fluids up to par. The attendant did pay attention when I told him very low wiper fluid and wrote it in big writing on the side window when we returned the car.”

“When renting the car there was a .iscimunication of my reservation and Brittany who was the only one there was overworked with many customers coming in at once but she handled it like a pro. She was amazing making sure to take care of everyone as quick as she could and so that everyone was saitisfied.”
