“This place was wonderful! They put so much thought into ALL the details to make us feel amazingly comfortable: plenty of pillows of both the feathery and firmly fluffy kind, very comfortable bed, excellent communication, plugs for all forms of cord connections, beautifully clean room, electric vehicle and Tesla chargers in their parking lot. And all in the heart of the historic art district just 1 very pretty block walk to the beach. I wish we had booked a longer stay!”

“I haven't done STAYCATION at the Hollander, but I will! We do eat there quite often though. Lovely pastries variety and lots of gluten free. We shall return.”

“The place was very well kept and clean, to the point that you can tell the owners care. Rooms are very compact but have what you need if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room. Parking was limited but we found a spot each night so there must be one for each room. Appeared to cater to over 65 which is fine with us. No elevator so reserve early if mobility is an issue.”

“Very friendly staff. Easy check in. Free covered parking. Quiet and very good location. Beach is across the street. Can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on site. Back of resort faces Bay Area where there is a nice quiet area to sit, barbecue or sit by fire pit. Rooms are very clean and adequately stocked. Would have liked to have had more coffee filters to make coffee but not a big deal. Staff does not come into room to clean or change sheets etc. . Perfect place for a nice quiet vacation. Lots of local restaurants. Would highly recommend.”

“Great getaway spot for solo travel with my dogThis is a very cute hotel and in a great locations in Pass-a-grille. It is walking distance to everything in Pass-a-grille: the dog beach, the "people beach" and shops and restaurants. Pass-a-grill is a charming historic district in St Pete Beach. Each morning I enjoyed walking my dog through the neighbor and to the dog beachI had a quaint and comfortable studio with kitchenette that was perfect for the stay. The hotel has a heated pool, private parking and nice outdoor lounge areas.”

“We stayed at the Sunset Inn for one night just as a quick weelend getaway. The rooms are super cute with a retro style theme. Nice size rooms, comfortable bed, has a refrigerator, microwave, TV and keurig coffee maker. It's also at a great location that's right across the street from the beach and Sunset Pavillion. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay next time!”

“The Hyatt Place in Downtown St. Petersburg, Fl is a very nice hotel to stay in if you're staying for a while. We always stay there when my husband has to come down there for work. And they are dog friendly. The staff was so sweet to our little Sophie. The location is great for walks with her multiple times a day, too. The park and pier are close, and she loved that.Walkability: Very close to everything...the restaurants of downtown, the park, and the pier.”

“Great, consistently wonderful food, drinks, and desserts. Prices are fair ($16-$21 for the entrees I’ve ordered). As a vegetarian, there are multiple options, such as beyond burgers, bucatini pasta, salads, and a portobello entree. The cocktails are a personal favorite, especially their seasonal ones. I usually get seated and served quickly without a reservation, at least during early evening and lunchtime.”

“Big shout out to the very hard working maintenance man Duane, making sure the parking lots are swept up of rocks to ensure bare footed beachers don't step on Rockies ??. He absolutely has a care for his customers and whole hearted integrity to his job and company. A very kind man that brought major smiles just from a neighborly conversation. Thankyou for making our stay. :)”

“I stayed here for a few days after moving out of my house on an interstate move. I had my 2 cats with me so I didn't book a regular room. And yet I was comfortable and happy. I needed to extend an additional day..which was no problem for hotel. The small details that made this such a nice stay are too numerous to detail but the cat treats with my cats names on them really was sweet and left a great impression. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was great. There is a separate sitting area to read and be quiet. Tea and coffee is available in this area all day. I will def come back without the cats and book the Marilyn Monroe suite. The only thing I could suggest is the addition of black out curtains. The light from outside was a bit bright but if you're tired enough, you can get over it quick. Thank you for making my stay so nice.”

“This is my 2nd time going here at Malibu Resort. The best resort motel. The beach is only across the streets. The room is not the same as the hotel. But the room is clean, nice and the staffs and the owner are 5 stars ratings. If you inquire something the owner immediately answer you back. I'm always going back here whenever I'm around clear water. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Stayed here for one night and it was so nice and cute! It is family owned and you can tell that they add a warm and personal touch to the rooms. Ours had a very nice little kitchen with a stove and fridge along with plates, pots, and silverware. The bathroom was nice and clean and very cute. It reminded of a beach house more then a resort or a hotel and I really liked that about the place. I also enjoyed that I was able to park right infront of our room and didn't have to go far if we needed stuff from the car. The owners were very nice and kind as well! It is also walking distance to restaurants and to the beach. Which was not a far walk at all. When we come back to Florida I will plan to stay here again with my son.”

“Our stay at #405 was even better than we thought it would be. We absolutely love the location! The views off the balcony and from the master bedroom were incredicle, especially sunrises! The weather in January was perfect and 95% of the time we didnt need A/C ! Love sleeping with the windows open! The accomodations were perfect size for us and a visiting couple. The Beds and bedding were so comfortable! The view and sunsets from outside the front door were stunning! All dining was within walking distance. Two major supermarkets within a mile! Just a mile away is Barnacle Bills boat rentals. We rented a platoon boat and spent 4 fabulous hours cruising Boca Ciega bay! John was very responsive and helpful with the few questions we had! Only had to drive to Dali museum, the gym, golf , supermarket and Ted Peter's for smoked fish spread!Wish #405 was available next year, we love the views! Booked another unit for a longer time! The Skyline of Maderia will be a permenant trip for many winters to come!! Can't say enough about it!”

“Place is a little dated but that's what makes it cool. One of the best tourist destinations in Pinellas with the very best of beach bars and food offerings with in walking or a 10 minute trolly ride.”

“We loved our stay at Sunburst Inn. Steps to the beach and a nice shaded area to hang out when you've had a bit too much sun. Love that it's family friendly (they even had beach toys). They also provided a pack and play for us so we didn't have to fly with one. Rooms are stocked with dishes and utensils. We utilized the grill and patio area which made it more relaxing to not have to find somewhere to eat for every meal. Only thing I would change is add curtains to the bedroom or have less lighting right outside the room windows. It was very bright in the bedroom at night. Otherwise we fully enjoyed our stay and will definitley visit again!Rooms: Cute and well stocked. Bed was very comfy! Which is saying something because I have a bad back and struggle to get comfortable.Safety: Gated with a lock code to get in.Food & drinks: Easy location to find places to eatNoteworthy details: Beach gear provided! Towels, chairs, umbrellas, even paddle boards with life jackets, and bikes too!”

“hotel location is great, just a few steps from the beach, easy and convenient. pool area is big enough and has a good amount of chair.overall hotel is great, service is good, everyone is very friendly.bedroom: good size, kitchen has been renovated with new appliances and has all you need for a quick meal.the walls are quite thin - we could hear someone snoring in the bedroom next to us (lol!!!)the room is not cleaned everyday, but you can change towels if needed. we didn't go a lot to the beach, but with the sand from the beach I would imagine that it could get dirty pretty soon. cleaning is available at a $25 fee.bathroom: could be better, quite small. the painting is chipping, and the bath tub is rust. there's not a lot of space of toiletries.parking: not a lot of stops available in the front and back area, but they have a secondary lot on the other side of the road, walking distance.location: plenty of areas around to explore and good restaurants.I would come back and recommend this hotel.”
