“Diana provided exceptional service! Edit to add- went Saturday 9/12/26: Daria was also very helpful with multiple packages I had to deliver- both these workers deserve huge raises! In the 12 years I have been using UPS delivering thousands of packages- she was the first and only person to actually help me carry the large number of packages and help with the door. This is truly exceptional and gets 5 stars please give this employee a raise . Also helps you can park near the store and drop off!”

“I am so impressed with the Customer Service at this location. I bypass quite a few locations because the Customer Service here is Top tier every time I come in no matter who you’re dealing with today I have the opportunity to deal with the young man named Dakoda. I was clueless on how to make a return is something that has been frustrating me for a long time the staff here at the UPS store relieved my stress in less than 10 minutes. I am so pleased will continue to come and recommend this location to everyone.”

“I believe it was Aiden that was so helpful in assisting me with sending off a package 📦! It was on Sunday August 23rd 2026 afternoon if that helps identify the young guy that was so helpful. Aiden is on the business card I took but Im not sure it was Aiden that served me that day. Hopefully the date and time will confirm who the guy is that was exceptionally helpful!”

“Very pleased with using Goin' Postal St. Pete for college engineering honor society apparel and swag! Simply emailed the shop and Shannon, the manager, worked to make the order happen. Very quick turn around time and much more affordable--but still professional looking--options available than on Custom Ink and other similar online services. Shannon even took time to tweak the one of the images so it would print and embroider cleanly on the tote bags and baseball caps!”

“This store could not mail a package I had that contained my father’s cremated remains. Due to Regulations…However They were able to package it up for us as well as some small urns and picture frames. The UsPs lost this package for a number of days….and I was so worried that maybe I hadn’t secured things correctly. I just received the box and I can not express how much I apprieciate the employee at this store. When I went to open the box… that was damaged, the contents were secured in the most efficient way. Each item packed separately and securely. Literally it could have went skydiving and stayed intact. Thank you so much!”

“As far as printing goes, I’ve been using this location 3 to 6 times a year for maybe 4 years now and they always do a perfect job. Cindra specifically is always pleasant and accommodating and I’m always asking her to get me some pile of last minute prints within a few hours and she gets it done every time. Thanks Cindra!”

“Not a place you'd expect to find in downtown largo Florida. Little hole in the wall post office inside a hardware store. That's something you'd see in a small town. Loved it. Fast and friendly”

“I want to leave a positive review about an employee named Donald Yesterday I came to FedEx to print a large menu poster, and honestly, this was the first FedEx location where I left truly satisfied with the service. Donal was extremely polite, helpful, and professional. He took his time to explain things, gave recommendations, and genuinely tried to make everything look good and come out right. You can tell he actually cares about customers and enjoys what he does. Employees like him make people want to come back again. Please recognize his hard work and professionalism — he definitely deserves it. Thank you for the great experience.”

“My FedEx was going to arrive when I was out of town and I didn't want it sitting on the porch for 3 days so I rerouted it to Walgreens and picked it up after I returned. This is an EXCELLENT service, with a fast, easy, and secure pick-up. And, of course, I picked up a couple of things at Walgreens while I was there - what a coincidence!”

Doctor Martin Luther King Jr, 875, St. Petersburg FL 33701
“Always dropping pre-labeled fedex packages off at this Walgreens and despite Walgreens themselves having terrible staff scheduling issues (understaffed too often) , the employees still always get me situated and out the door as quickly as reasonably possible for them. No complaints for how the employees handle a new aspect of their job they never asked for or expected & likely weren’t ever compensated for. Walgreens needs to provide more staff here, and for FedEx, in the past they’ve given me issues by drivers not showing up there to pickup outgoing (WG employees have no control over that) but that seems to have been vastly improved as 95% my drop offs are picked up next business day now. If you notice you dropped something that’s been there more than 2 business days, call FEDEX , NOT WALGREENS. Tell FedEx to send a driver over to that store, WG workers can’t help you cause they won’t know your acct #s /shipping info.”
