He periodically stopped to retighten the straps on the trailer to the boat. We could go on and on, but you get the point. Mark hauled our brand new 2023 24' boat 1,200 miles with no problems. Recently I shipped some important financial documents from the location and contrary to my UPS experience, the package disappeared from tracking. I called several times, frantic and the staff was so very professional in trying to calm me while attempting to determine where my package was. Over several days, they continued to research and inquire. I am convinced that due to their diligence, the package was found.
