“I walked in 20 minutes to closing. All the employees were smiling , laughing and welcoming, even to those walking in late in the day. Their AC was broken and still they seemed happy to help. I dropped off my Amazon returns and asked if they would take a package belonging to USPS. The employee went out of her way (should have asked her name, but she's tanned and dark haired) to confirm they could take it on my behalf for pick up the next day. The final outcome: I received my refund already (although the package was almost too late to return). I wish I can thank that caring individual and wish her a great day and a raise soon enough. Although this is not my usual UPS store, I will definitely switch now that I see how helpful they all are at this store.Love, a happy customer.”

“I recently had a situation where my DHL package was stuck in Mexico Customs. In an age when you rarely get effective help from real-life humans.. I was very lucky to meet Pierre from DHL (the Hialeah store). Not only did he help me get my package back but he also helped me from paying a lot in unnecessary fees. It was painful, but if I didn't have Pierre, I would have gotten nowhere fast. Thanks a million Pierre! Thanks for being a super human in 2024. :)”
