I need to get a debit card and another credit card but it is difficult to go and get them I only have to make appointments and my job doesn't allow me to finish early I only rest on Sundays

It is a very used ATM, there is almost always a queue and today, wow! Only one of the four machines was "partially" working. Theoretically, Chase is one of the best banks. I don't know what to think...
